The free inclusive transport service operated by NGO “NCHS” has been active in Odesa since 2023. Initially launched under the name “BezObmez” (“No Limits”), the service became part of the Aid4Heroes initiative in August 2025 and was subsequently renamed.

This social initiative is aimed at supporting Ukrainian defenders who have sustained serious injuries and require medical care or rehabilitation, but face difficulties moving around the city and using public transportation.

The service is available to representatives of the following agencies and categories:

• Armed Forces of Ukraine;

• National Guard of Ukraine;

• Security Service of Ukraine;

• Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine;

• National Police of Ukraine;

• State Border Guard Service of Ukraine;

• State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine;

• State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
