Within the framework of the Aid4Heroes project, the NGO “National Council for Healthcare and Safety” is organizing a forum dedicated to the professional reintegration and employment of veterans. Our team is currently developing the event program.
An important stage of this preparation was organizing a focus group discussion. We invited veterans to share their experiences and speak about the challenges they face when seeking employment and pursuing professional fulfillment. Economists and other experts also joined the discussion, contributing their professional insights.
This format enabled us to identify the key problem areas as well as outline practical approaches and support tools. The meeting was held with the support of the All-Ukrainian Mental Health Program “How Are You?”.
The data collected through the focus group, along with the expert recommendations developed, will form the foundation of the forum program and will later be discussed within a broader circle of participants. We will share further details about the upcoming event soon so that everyone interested can join.
